Halloween started early this year as the 4th annual Asbury Park Zombie Walk once again brought thousands of undead to grunt, groan and drag their various dangling body parts down the Asbury Park boardwalk on October 23, 2011. The event kicked off with a choreographed “Thriller” dance of the undead followed by waves of brain-seekers making there way along the shore and finally up Cookman Avenue. There was certainly no shortage of celebrities walking the blood-red carpet at this year’s event, including Abraham Lincoln returned from the grave, a Santa Claus with bloody beard, and a decomposing Princess Peach and Super Mario, all begging incessantly for the brains of fellow Jerseyans. In these hard economic times, it seems even the zombies had taken up the Occupy Wall Street cause, sporting signs like “Eat the 1%” and “Wall Street Killed Me,” all to the soothing hard rock/metal sounds of the duo Joe Sick and Hockey Head.
So once again, zombie priorities:
1) Eat Your Brains
2) Correct glaring disparities in wealth distribution by ending corporate greed and private interest influence on federal policy.
3) Eat More Brains
Happy Halloween and Happy Travels!

I think you dropped something!!! Hilarious, I think that the zombies were not people but they were supposed to represent individual mortgages which had been sapped of life and value.
